Delete your account

In the Affirm Away app: You → Account → Delete account, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account and all cloud data (email, name, sign-in providers, saved cards, collections, favorites, reminders, streak and session history, personalization answers, and subscription status).

Can't open the app? Email [email protected] from your account's email address and we'll delete your account for you.

What's kept, and for how long: after deletion we retain a minimal record (account identifier, email, sign-in providers, and dates) for up to 90 days for fraud and abuse prevention, then it is purged. Any data already on your own device stays there until you remove the app. Full details in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Purchases and refunds are handled by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your store account settings on your device.
